A luggage locker is a secure storage unit where you can temporarily store bags, suitcases, backpacks, or personal items for a few hours or days.

Our lockers are located at the Avenida de América interchange, two metro stops from the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, with a direct metro line to the airport and IFEMA (Madrid Trade Fair).
The interchange has 4 metro lines, 12 EMT urban bus lines, 13 intercity bus lines, 18 long-distance bus lines, a taxi rank and a parking lot with 265 spaces.
It’s also very well connected to shopping areas, hotels, restaurants, and more. You can find the exact location on our website.

We offer several sizes:

• Small – backpacks, bags
• Medium – cabin suitcases
• Large – large suitcases or several bags

Prices depend on the size of the locker and the storage duration. Rates are clearly displayed on the website, on the locker reservation screen, and before payment.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card, mobile payment, through the web or in person.

You can store your luggage for a few hours or a full day. There may be a maximum storage limit (48 hours).
Our hours are from 5:30 to 1:00.

Yes. The lockers are monitored, securely locked, and accessible only with your unique PIN, QR code, or digital key. We have video surveillance.

Prohibited items include:

• Flammable or hazardous materials
• Illegal items
• Liquids that may spill

Yes, you can normally open and close your locker during the rental period, unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply. If the locker is not emptied after the maximum period, the items may be removed according to our policy.
